Certification We have received the highest rating of SUPERIOR from the American Institute of Baking for the last 4 consecutive years. The AIB follows guidelines of the Department of Food, Safety and Hygiene and audits food processors around the world. Genpak has also implemented a HACCP Program to ensure that the product being produced at Genpak is of the highest quality.
